1. El servicio

VidArchitect ("la app") es una herramienta de análisis y estrategia para creadores de YouTube: descubre videos con rendimiento excepcional, analiza su estructura y te ayuda a crear guiones y empaques con inteligencia artificial. Al crear una cuenta aceptas estos términos.

2. Tu cuenta

• Debes proporcionar información veraz y mantener la confidencialidad de tu acceso.
• Eres responsable de la actividad que ocurra bajo tu cuenta.
• Puedes eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras; al hacerlo, tus datos se borran según la Política de Privacidad.

3. Uso de YouTube y sus APIs

• La app usa los Servicios API de YouTube. Al usarla, aceptas también los Términos de Servicio de YouTube.
• La conexión de tu canal es opcional y de solo lectura; puedes revocarla en cualquier momento (en la app o en tu cuenta de Google).
• Los datos de videos y canales de terceros que la app muestra provienen de la API oficial y se presentan como análisis e inteligencia agregada.

4. Contenido generado con IA

• Los guiones, títulos, análisis y demás material generado por la app son borradores de trabajo para ti: eres responsable de revisarlos y de todo lo que publiques.
• La app marca explícitamente lo que no puede verificar (p. ej. etiquetas [VERIFICAR]) — confirma esos datos antes de usarlos.
• El contenido que generes con la app es tuyo. Nos reservas una licencia limitada para procesarlo únicamente con el fin de prestarte el servicio.

5. Uso aceptable

No puedes usar la app para: (a) violar los términos de YouTube o de terceros; (b) extraer o revender datos de forma masiva; (c) intentar acceder a cuentas o datos de otros usuarios; (d) actividades ilegales o engañosas (spam, suplantación, desinformación deliberada).

6. Planes y pagos

Algunas funciones requieren un plan de pago con una asignación de créditos de uso. Los precios y lo que incluye cada plan se muestran antes de contratar. Los créditos mensuales no usados no se acumulan al mes siguiente, salvo que se indique lo contrario. [SECCIÓN A COMPLETAR AL SELLAR LOS PLANES — ver PLANES_PROPUESTA.md]

7. Garantías y responsabilidad

• La app se ofrece "tal cual". Trabajamos por la máxima fiabilidad, pero no garantizamos resultados en YouTube (vistas, suscriptores o ingresos): las métricas y notas de la app son estimaciones honestas basadas en datos, no promesas.
• No somos responsables de decisiones que tomes basadas en el contenido de la app ni de interrupciones causadas por servicios de terceros (YouTube, proveedores de IA).
• Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo pagado por el servicio en los últimos 12 meses.

8. Cambios y terminación

• Podemos actualizar la app y estos términos; los cambios significativos se avisarán dentro de la app.
• Podemos suspender cuentas que violen estos términos (con aviso, salvo abuso grave).

1. The service

VidArchitect ("the app") is an analytics and strategy tool for YouTube creators: it discovers exceptionally-performing videos, analyzes their structure, and helps you create scripts and packaging with artificial intelligence. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Your account

• You must provide truthful information and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time; when you do, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

3. YouTube and its APIs

• The app uses the YouTube API Services. By using it, you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Connecting your channel is optional and read-only; you can revoke it at any time (in the app or in your Google account).
• Third-party video and channel data the app displays comes from the official API and is presented as aggregated analysis and intelligence.

4. AI-generated content

• The scripts, titles, analyses, and other material generated by the app are working drafts for you: you are responsible for reviewing them and for everything you publish.
• The app explicitly flags what it cannot verify (e.g., [VERIFY] tags) — confirm that information before using it.
• The content you generate with the app is yours. You grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing you the service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to: (a) violate the terms of YouTube or of any third party; (b) extract or resell data in bulk; (c) attempt to access other users' accounts or data; (d) engage in illegal or deceptive activities (spam, impersonation, deliberate misinformation).

6. Plans and payments

Some features require a paid plan with a usage-credit allowance. Prices and what each plan includes are shown before you subscribe. Unused monthly credits do not roll over to the next month, unless otherwise stated. [SECTION TO BE COMPLETED WHEN THE PLANS ARE FINALIZED — see PLANES_PROPUESTA.md]

7. Warranties and liability

• The app is provided "as is". We work for maximum reliability, but we do not guarantee results on YouTube (views, subscribers, or revenue): the app's metrics and notes are honest, data-based estimates, not promises.
• We are not responsible for decisions you make based on the app's content, nor for interruptions caused by third-party services (YouTube, AI providers).
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Changes and termination

• We may update the app and these terms; significant changes will be announced within the app.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms (with notice, except in cases of serious abuse).
